Pros

Supportive managers and coworkers. Some of the patrons can be interesting customers to deal with and will sometimes take advantage of the motto, "The customer is always right." Tuesdays "Bagel Pack Deal" became every day should be bagel deal day. During very busy customer traffic times sometimes the staffing levels were too low to meet and exceed the customer expectations. Overall the work experience was very positive and the repeat customers a joy to get to know. The training and videos were very helpful for associates and managers. Had some great managers! Worked with great colleagues who had a great sense of humor. They made coming to work fun!

Cons

The yearly raises relative to employee's track record and diligence was a bit low at times.

Pros

Youre out of the store a lot, you get to listen to your music/book/podcast a lot, good tips from customers most of the time.

Cons

Driver drama due to order assigning protocols. They replaced most delivery drivers with 3rd party delivery to save money.
