Pros
My coworkers and the people I’ve met were by far the best part. The flexibility in my schedule is great for school too. It’s great as a first job. I’ve made some amazing friends here. The free food is convenient too.
Cons
They will work you to the ground until you have nothing left to give. You’ll constantly be expected to do the workload of 3 employees for a below average pay. Don’t expect any benefits if you aren’t able to work full time for a full year. They act like they listen and care but do nothing for you. The pay sucks for the workload. Don’t work here if this isn’t a starter job for you or you have nothing better lined up. I have endless complaints and horror stories and rants about this place and all I can say is I feel like I’ve wasted my youth working for a franchise that constantly overworks their employees to save money. Use this place as a temporary job at best.
