* All upper management is outsourced, indicating that this company cares more about their bottom dollar than it's employees. * Threats to employees in addition to micro management in order to keep them in line. * Screams "we care", plaster it everywhere, but don't really give a s*it about their employees. * Encourages employees to ignore doctor's orders, which is not a good look especially to a "health tech" company
