Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We are sorry to hear your experience at Parasol Alliance was not positive. There are a few points we would like to address per your feedback. In response to your comment about an insanely high workload, as we are a startup company that is rapidly growing, we do have a fast-paced environment and are adding more staff to stabilize the workload. Regarding your comment about the company not contributing towards spouse and family insurance premiums, we do in fact contribute to insurance premiums for all full-time employees. As far as unlimited time off goes, we do our best to approve everyone’s time off requests provided adequate notice. As most companies this year, we have experienced a period of high turnover, but are constantly working on improving our retention strategies based on pain points and feedback we receive.
