Pros

The ability to work from home is great. And there are lots of opportunities for advancement. Leadership is routinely soliciting feedback from employees on their goals for potential promotion paths. The majority of the engineering team members have been promoted from within. Great communication, and a lot of events for a virtual company. You definitely feel like part of a team.

Cons

Its a fairly fast paced work environment, so you will always have something to work on. But leadership is tuned in and will make adjustments if the load ever gets to be too much.

Pros

Great flexibility of work, knowledgeable colleagues, and overall good work environment.

Cons

One area for improvement is workplace flexibility. While many employees have the opportunity to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity, positions designated as fully on-site may have limited flexibility if business needs change. When an on-site role is no longer required, employees may not always have the opportunity to transition into a remote or hybrid position within the organization. Exploring internal placement or flexible work options, when feasible, could help retain experienced employees and preserve valuable institutional knowledge.
