Pros

- Remote work most of the time (depending on position) - Unlimited PTO - Friendly people - Quick Pace - Manageable workload - Vast majority of advancement is done in-house - Separate committees for connections outside of work

Cons

- Workload can feel like a lot, but becomes manageable over time/experience - A lot to learn, but again improves with experience - Onboarding needs to be ironed out, though its currently being worked on

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We are glad to hear you are having a positive work experience at our company and are enjoying the perks we offer such as unlimited paid time off and working remotely. We appreciate you acknowledging our committees which work hard create events that keep employees engaged and connected throughout the year. Being a new younger company, we have things we need to work on but, as mentioned, we are consistently working to improve in areas such as onboarding, training, and teaching employees how to manage and prioritize their workload and a fast-paced environment. Thank you again for your feedback. We will make sure to keep moving in the right direction. - Human Resources, Parasol Alliance Contact us: humanresources@parasolalliance.com

Pros

Great flexibility of work, knowledgeable colleagues, and overall good work environment.

Cons

One area for improvement is workplace flexibility. While many employees have the opportunity to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity, positions designated as fully on-site may have limited flexibility if business needs change. When an on-site role is no longer required, employees may not always have the opportunity to transition into a remote or hybrid position within the organization. Exploring internal placement or flexible work options, when feasible, could help retain experienced employees and preserve valuable institutional knowledge.
