Pros

Smart and friendly co-workers. Some training, before they throw you in the fire. Asking for assistance in some cases you get no reply, and then those people who request for assistance are blamed. Great place to work, but I still feel the company lacks obvious common sense relations and communication coming from management.

Cons

I have seen great engineers and techs get shafted without warning or write-up for insignificant issues.

Thank you for leaving a review. We are sorry to hear you perceive that employees are getting terminated without a warning or write-up. Our company has a formal process that we follow per our Accountability and Violation Enforcement Policy. That said, there are certain circumstances where we are required to take immediate action. To clarify, this does not happen often, it occurs when necessary based on the violation the took place. When immediate action needs to be taken, the employee involved is thoroughly informed as to why immediate termination needs to take place. While certain employees may perceive this as sudden or without warning, the employee involved is made fully aware of why their actions resulted in a termination. - Human Resources, Parasol Alliance Contact us: humanresources@parasolalliance.com

Pros

Great flexibility of work, knowledgeable colleagues, and overall good work environment.

Cons

One area for improvement is workplace flexibility. While many employees have the opportunity to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity, positions designated as fully on-site may have limited flexibility if business needs change. When an on-site role is no longer required, employees may not always have the opportunity to transition into a remote or hybrid position within the organization. Exploring internal placement or flexible work options, when feasible, could help retain experienced employees and preserve valuable institutional knowledge.
