Thank you for leaving a review. We are sorry to hear you perceive that employees are getting terminated without a warning or write-up. Our company has a formal process that we follow per our Accountability and Violation Enforcement Policy. That said, there are certain circumstances where we are required to take immediate action. To clarify, this does not happen often, it occurs when necessary based on the violation the took place. When immediate action needs to be taken, the employee involved is thoroughly informed as to why immediate termination needs to take place.
