Pros

Timely responses from some members of leadership.

Cons

Be sure to clarify what is expected of your job scope. Lacks on communication. Lacks on good leadership to thrive.

Pros

Great flexibility of work, knowledgeable colleagues, and overall good work environment.

Cons

One area for improvement is workplace flexibility. While many employees have the opportunity to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity, positions designated as fully on-site may have limited flexibility if business needs change. When an on-site role is no longer required, employees may not always have the opportunity to transition into a remote or hybrid position within the organization. Exploring internal placement or flexible work options, when feasible, could help retain experienced employees and preserve valuable institutional knowledge.
