Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your recognition of the dynamic and diverse work environment we strive to cultivate, particularly within the IT and senior living sectors. Regarding your concerns, while we understand that perceptions of organizational structure and leadership can vary, we respectfully disagree with the characterization of our management and training efforts. We are continuously evolving our internal processes and leadership development programs to better support our teams and align with our strategic goals. That said, we value constructive feedback and are committed to listening to our employees. The biannual meetings are a key part of our engagement strategy, and we take the insights shared during these sessions seriously as we work to enhance the employee experience. Thank you again for your input—it plays an important role in helping us grow as an organization.

Pros

Great flexibility of work, knowledgeable colleagues, and overall good work environment.

Cons

One area for improvement is workplace flexibility. While many employees have the opportunity to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity, positions designated as fully on-site may have limited flexibility if business needs change. When an on-site role is no longer required, employees may not always have the opportunity to transition into a remote or hybrid position within the organization. Exploring internal placement or flexible work options, when feasible, could help retain experienced employees and preserve valuable institutional knowledge.
