Pros
Flexible hours, decent benefits (health, dental, 401k, etc) and an overall good place to work. The products made here are innovative and have a lot of potential.
Cons
Management is very ineffective. There is practically no communication between departments, everybody works on their own "island" with little knowledge of other people's jobs/responsibilities. Resources get allocated all to one product while others become neglected and mismanaged. Every year it seems the strategy is to do more with less but no plan from leadership on how to accomplish this. We've lost a lot of talented people recently and instead of bringing in any more employees, someone else is simply expected to take on more responsibility (with no pay increase). Unless you know or are related to someone, it's highly unlikely you will move up in the company or get a promotion.
