Pros

Just have one or two projects and hence work life balance Parking is hassle free Work from home flexibility when needed

Cons

Tons of cons , so am going to list put only the most imp ones: 1. Company is bankrupt 2. CEO doesnt have a vision for the company and hence company is in big time loss and laying of people every 6 months. 3. No bonus given 4. Bad 401 k contributipn by employer 5. Bad health insurance plans 6. Only the management people who ate close to ceo can susyain. 7. No recognition for developers, qa folks, business analysts. 8. Tons of layoff. Has layef off more than 200 people in the year 2014. Had such layoffs happen every year.
