Pros
It's a really cool opportunity to work with a variety of different people with so many different backgrounds and skillsets and also be able to have a large-scale positive impact on our world, especially in the area of energy conservation and therefore the environment. The company benefits go well with my lifestyle, I love the flexibility and support in terms of my outdoor hobbies to be able to better afford trips and adventures I can schedule around work, not to mention some of the reduced stressors like daily catered lunches and a fully stocked kitchen, or the health and retirement/wealth-building focused benefits.
Cons
It's a variable environment, the company is still in its early stages so your role may be less defined/structured than you are used to with more active critical thinking and problem-solving. We are currently short staffed so there aren't as many senior positions filled and we often have more dynamic assignments that may cross over into other areas. When we have deadlines that may mean longer hours on salary pay.
