Pros

If you enjoy working as part of a team of incredible engineers, scientists, developers, and designers – then this is your place. The company is doing big things, full stack from compliers to autonomous systems. Amazing. it's like joining Google in the early days... only if they had already imagined waymo and google brain and co-launched them together.

Cons

The company is a blast, but fast paced. You have to be open to new ideas. You need to be a team player, because you are part of a huge ecosystem. If that is your style, its awesome.

Pros

The people here are nice, engaging, self-diligent, and extremely smart! Management ensures people are on the same page and are placed in positions to succeed. Troy, the CEO, and Jeremy, the CTO, are two of the smartest people I ever met and truly have a great vision for the company. A lot of knowledge can be gained here which is great career-wise. The break room has a lot of options for snacks & drinks and the catered lunches are great!

Cons

There is a lot to learn which can seem intimidating starting out, but it is important to ask questions (as they are always encouraged amongst teams). Because of the immense growth, procedures for starting out and getting into the ropes of things are being a lot more emphasized. There aren't really any cons I can think of so far.

Thanks for the feedback! Onboarding in a deeply technical company is a challenge, but asking a lot of questions is a good strategy. Thanks for sharing.

Pros

Super fun environment of engineers and scientist and designers from every discipline working together to build something truly awesome. The company is a deep tech company, not just a tech lightweight like most other startups, so lots of fun projects and personal development opportunities. The company vision is impact oriented, if you care about environmental issues, here you can have an outsized impact on the world. The company has strong investor backing to meet goals.

Cons

Some time the kombucha on tap runs out, and it takes a day or two to replenish, then I need to switch to cold brew... Seriously nothing.
