Pros
Flexible hours and ability to work as your own manager. Your office is given some great perks and you can easily get things to improve your office. The equipment is the best of the best and if your supplies need replenished the turn around time is outstanding. Everyone is very nice even though your co workers are in different states.
Cons
Training out of date and taught by someone with graduated 1 yr ago & this is their 1 st job. It's hard to be trained by someone over the phone who is constantly putting you on hold, there are so many interactive programs online that would be more cost effective with better overall results. Trainer is very nice and helpful knows what he is doing but it's hard to have someone telling you to use your nursing judgement when this person has never worked in a hospital as a nurse.
