Pros

If you want to be over worked for minimal pay then this is the place for you. There is one good manager in the corporate office. I will not say who though.

Cons

In the few years I was there the company turned into a boys club where if you are in the inner circle you can do no wrong no matter the department. Nurses are over worked and frequently vented to me. The company is all about the night dollar. Would change prices behind the back of customers and expect them to pay regardless. Claims that insurance will pay for shots for customers but they do not say upfront you have to pay out of pocket and go through the whole process on your own to get paid back. Which can turn into several thousands of dollars due to the up charges the push. Their transportation of vaccines cannot guarantee potency of vaccines despite what they say. As I personally know vaccines were administered after vaccines were improperly handled. They, behind the back of the CDC, would ship vaccines to be administered at locations where a certain vaccine was not shipped to or not legally allowed to be administered at, likely fudging the numbers to a government agency to get by. As long as they make money they do not care who they hurt or bother. Claims to be a family friendly environment, personal experiences, one largely causing my termination due to a family crisis; would claim to the opposite of that. Overall a complete questionable business of moral and ethical practices.

Pros

Decent pay rate and hours for CSR.

Cons

If you are a nurse, don't bother. The nurse managers are condescending, rude and treat the nurses like work horses. Nurses have no back up and the focus is on squeezing as much money out of a client as possible. Now, if you work the call center, it's not much better. Call center leaders are often wrong or just have no idea what they're talking about. Your job is to book as many appointments as possible but not be transparent with the customers. If a customer asks for an appointment for something you can tell them the office visit cost but you can't tell them the cost of the vaccination unless they ask you specifically. So they mentioned needing typhoid but don't ask you the price for it you're not obligated to warn them ahead of time with the cost is going to be. And Passport Health doesn't display their prices online because according to management they're not obligated to. All in all, this job is just about making as much money off of these people as possible. Actual customer service and customer care doesn't exist here.
