Great career development and mission driven org - Anonymous employee PathAI Employee Review

I really love working at PathAI. I've had so many opportunities to grow and develop in my role in a way that I've never had at previous companies. I have a fantastic manager who I learn from constantly, and who champions my personal growth and career development. Both my manager and her manager are strong female leaders that our team looks up to. The employee population is diverse and leadership is starting to have greater focus on DEI initiatives which is great to see. Employees are incredibly motivated by the mission of the organization -- it's inspiring!
