Corporate and upper management (C&UM) is more interested in pleasing customers that will never be satisfied than providing resources to their current staff to do their jobs properly. C&UM drove off most of the talent during the plague by focusing on customer demands rather than prioritizing the team, and has been lagging behind ever since. "A body is a body" seems to be the new motto of this facility, to the point that they have removed any restrictions to hiring to try to fill vacant positions. Due to this, overall quality to the customers has dropped significantly, in turn causing additional issues.
