Pros
The management and leadership at Paul's Run really care about their employees and what they can offer them. Everyone works together as a team and keeps the best interest of the residents and clientele at the heart of their mission. Everyone is so friendly, and it isn't an act. Truly an amazing opportunity if you get to work there. Pay is fair, benefits are great, and plenty of bonuses to working there.
Cons
Everyone wears different hats, which may or may not be a con. It comes with the nature of Senior Living. I personally don't mind it as most tasks I find myself completeing relate dirextly back to my positiom anyway, but I can imagine others might not like that.
