Career growth is front and center - Software Engineer PaySimple Employee Review

The company is growing really fast, which has created tons of new opportunities for everyone. Many of my co-workers have moved up recently and have new responsibilities, which is great. I work on the tech team -- we have a really good code base and always pick the latest tools to keep it moving forward. My manager is excellent -- he is always looking out for us and provides a great backstop against the pressures from the rest of the business. We are moving really quickly and there are always new and interesting problems to solve. The company culture is pretty much as advertised on the website. The CEO and other management definitely care about career growth and all that stuff.
