Cons
The Executive Leadership Team (ELT) has no pulse on the day-to-day needs of employees. The ELT is solely focused on top-of-line revenue to drive positive results for their sister Organizations and Parent Company. This has resulted in the hiring of Executives and Directors, untrained in their roles, who are more focused on results than their people. It was common to witness Leadership speaking condescendingly to employees. Furthermore, I once witnessed a male Director begin a meeting by commenting on the attractiveness of a female employee. Simply disgusting behavior. I was out the door within days. Diversity and inclusion initiatives are non-existent within this Organization. Take a quick look at their hiring page, you will see nothing. Anticipate severe micromanagement should you decide to join this Organization. Calls, emails and daily activities are strictly monitored. Turnover at this Organization is laughable. It was common to sit in quarterly meetings and hear announcements that 35% – 40% of the Team was new to the Organization within the last 6 months. This was considered a positive from the ELT. Other reviews on this Organization are accurate, most employees are one-foot-out-the-door within 6 months. Pay is low and not competitive in the Market/Industry. Most coworkers, including myself, that left the Organization immediately increased their pay income by 25% - 35%. Growth Opportunities are limited. I would also recommend any candidate be warry of what they are told throughout the hiring process vs. what is delivered. I was promised robust training, after 2 weeks I self-tough myself the product. I was promised growth opportunities; it did not happen. I was promised company equity; it did not happen. I was promised a matching 401(k) would become available; it did not happen.
