Pros
Paycom has given me the tools to grow both as an individual and as an employee. I am able to wake up everyday and make a difference not only in my own life, but in the value of an organizations value. The leadership at Paycom is by far the best I've seen at any company I've been a part of. The culture is incredible and I look forward to developing my career here. The training program for sales is very intensive and in-depth. Be prepared to learn like a sponge, because there is a lot to take in. OH, and by the way, you have the ability to make a boat load of money :)
Cons
The only con I have is actually seen by me as a pro. Be prepared to work hard. If you are not willing to put in the effort up front, then you will not make it. Nothing good ever came from something easy. The hard work you put in, will pay off.
