Wow, this is such a great company! I have to be honest; I was very skeptical when I first started this career. Everything just seemed way too good to be true. Well I have to tell you, it is all true!! All of the employees are truly executives and carry themselves so well. If you are looking for mentors and people to look up to, you will most definitely find them here. Also, the amount of knowledge you will gain here is unlike any other company. After just a few weeks of training you will be able to have an intelligent conversation with any CFO or c-level that you ever come in contact with. If you work hard and do your best you will make tremendous amounts of money. The comp structure at Paycom is better than any other outside sales job that you will EVER find. If you have an opportunity with Paycom, than please take my advice and go for it! This opportunity is once in a lifetime and you will not find it anywhere else.
