Pros

If you are looking for an opportunity beyond your wildest dreams, look no further. When I first found Paycom, I will admit it seemed too good to be true, however, sitting here now I can say with complete confidence that it is the best decision I have ever made in my life. Not only are the young professionals at this company highly successful, but they also hold themselves to the highest grade of integrity. You will never hear a negative thought from anyone in this organization, only positive. The environment created from day one helps you become the best version of yourself, and not just from a professional stand point, but from a personal one as well.

Cons

This company does not do anything half way. From the interview process all the way to your last day of training, you will work harder than you ever have for this opportunity. But, it is worth it!

Pros

The work we do is challenging but is satisfying. $4 dollar lunches are great and I enjoy the people and managers I work with. We have gone through changes, but the changes are worth it and the tools we are provided keep us successful. The salary is great and top level, highly recommend working here if you love a challenge. I promise you’ll never be bored.

Cons

The workload and hours can be heavy at times, but the long-term gratification is worth it. Paycom is about long-term investment, and it requires patience and perseverance but it’s worth it, if you are strong enough.

Pros

- training that will improve your skill - become better at fear management (fight mode is real)

Cons

- you will be threated to be fired- many many times (even if you work extremely hard) - your hard work is not valued- unreasonable expectations - there is not benchmark of success- goal always moves out of reach - no support, managers are more worried about not being fired than helping you
