Pros

Great company to work for! The value of the experience and knowledge you gain from this position is priceless. You must be driven, goal oriented and competitive. I have been with the company for over 3 years and have seen my level of executive skills and income triple...! Intelligent leadership and overall a fun work environment! Very rewarding, with trips to Sedona and Puerto Rico for Presidents Club.

Cons

If you are looking for an average 9 to 5 job...this is probably not for you. Must like to be engaged, enjoy challenge and being rewarded for your success. Those who believe in creating their own success and value unlimited earning potential and advancement opportunity will do well.

Pros

The work we do is challenging but is satisfying. $4 dollar lunches are great and I enjoy the people and managers I work with. We have gone through changes, but the changes are worth it and the tools we are provided keep us successful. The salary is great and top level, highly recommend working here if you love a challenge. I promise you’ll never be bored.

Cons

The workload and hours can be heavy at times, but the long-term gratification is worth it. Paycom is about long-term investment, and it requires patience and perseverance but it’s worth it, if you are strong enough.

Pros

Excellent benefits. The $1 health insurance and $0 medical bills when partnering with ZERO are hard to beat. $4 lunches daily The company does a good job recognizing and celebrating high performers. Personally, I’ve always felt appreciated for the work I do. Good workplace culture with frequent employee appreciation initiatives.

Cons

The workload has increased significantly over the past few years, but compensation hasn’t kept pace for everyone. Pay increases don’t always seem consistent across employees, even when workloads are similar. While top performers receive recognition, some employees may feel overlooked or underappreciated. The pace can become overwhelming during busy periods due to the growing workload and the department continuing to downsize.
