Pros

As a young professional, it's easy to be jaded and think you'll go job to job and never find a passion. Paycom has been a place where I've grown both personally and professionally - I'm lucky to say that I've found my true career path and couldn't be happier than where I am now. How many other people can call their team and coworkers family? I certainly can...I feel world's ahead of my friends because of the life experience I get every day being in the field.

Cons

If you're wanting a job where you can play on facebook most of the day..this wouldn't be the best fit for you. Like anything worth achieving, a career here requires hard work, passion and a solid work ethic. We wouldn't be compensated in the way we are if it didn't require brain power - and that's not for everyone!

Pros

The work we do is challenging but is satisfying. $4 dollar lunches are great and I enjoy the people and managers I work with. We have gone through changes, but the changes are worth it and the tools we are provided keep us successful. The salary is great and top level, highly recommend working here if you love a challenge. I promise you’ll never be bored.

Cons

The workload and hours can be heavy at times, but the long-term gratification is worth it. Paycom is about long-term investment, and it requires patience and perseverance but it’s worth it, if you are strong enough.

Pros

Excellent benefits. The $1 health insurance and $0 medical bills when partnering with ZERO are hard to beat. $4 lunches daily The company does a good job recognizing and celebrating high performers. Personally, I’ve always felt appreciated for the work I do. Good workplace culture with frequent employee appreciation initiatives.

Cons

The workload has increased significantly over the past few years, but compensation hasn’t kept pace for everyone. Pay increases don’t always seem consistent across employees, even when workloads are similar. While top performers receive recognition, some employees may feel overlooked or underappreciated. The pace can become overwhelming during busy periods due to the growing workload and the department continuing to downsize.
