Pros

Everyone that works here is always smiling! With benefits like $1 health insurance, and $4 catered lunches (just to name a couple), who wouldn't smile?! Here you are not just a number, you are a person. The company takes pride in helping their people grow and develop their potential to the fullest, because when each individual wins-- the team wins. Although I am still in training, I have been working with the recruiters for the on-boarding process for quite some time and have received nothing short of the utmost respect, encouragement, and some of the most sincere attitudes of service ever. With this company's rapid growth, I look forward to the opportunity for advancement!

Cons

There is honestly nothing to complain about! If I had to pick some cons, I would say: -Exiting campus at 5 p.m. is a bit hectic. -Insurance doesn't start day 1.

Pros

You can make a lot of money if you are in the right territory and have a good client base that hasn’t been oversold by previous AMs. The training is very good and you will make good friends! The people they hire are smart and fun to be around

Cons

If there has been high turnover in your territory it will be hard to sell as the clients have products that have not been properly implemented and are likely gun shy to purchase. It will also depend how “over promised/under delivered” their experience with new business is. The work/life balance can, and probably will, become very toxic. You are on the road constantly if you have a travel heavy territory which makes it difficult to get admin work done during business hours. You will be working before and/or after work - probably on the weekends as well. Ask for transparency in your territory assignment. You want to know how far your furthest client is as you will have to go see them in person at some point
