Pros
I was recruited out of my previous company and it was a great decision for me! For me personally I was looking for a more challenging position. They have an amazing training program and continued training to help you succeed. I also have an awesome boss who doesn't micromanage and is extremely supportive. There's a lot of opportunity to make money and do really well. I also really enjoy the challenge of account management and sales and how each client uses the system differently, you learn something new all the time!
Cons
It is high stress and a lot of work. This job really isn't for everyone. If you're not good at time management and prioritizing you will not be a good fit. Its a huge learning curve because there's so much to learn in the system, every client uses the system differently based on industry, size, etc. so you could have all the training in the world but you'll really start learning once you're in the field. No job is perfect, everyone has their own struggles.. It is a lot of work and long hours upfront, I'd say for at least for 6-9 months but once you hit that mark it'll get much easier. Their vacation isn't the best and they really need to adjust the base salaries based on cost of living. The fact that a CRR in major cities like SF, LA or NYC is making the same base salary as someone in OKC is a little ridiculous and I know they can have a hard time recruiting because of it.
