Pros
This is a company that is growing at a tremendously fast rate which makes moving up so much more attainable. There are many projects that you are able to get involved with which makes you feel extremely valuable and has such a rewarding feeling. Obviously Paycom offers cheap health care, catered lunch, and competitive pay. What makes Paycom so different from other places though is the culture and all of the additional things that they do for their employees. The additional food truck days, carnival days, bringing in a camel on Wednesday, company wide breakfast, concerts put on, etc. really makes this company that much better than all other options.
Cons
It is hard work and can sometimes require some overtime, especially during the busy part of the year.
