Pros
I work in the HCM department at Paycom and everyday is a new opportunity. I love being a part of a team that is constantly revolutionizing the industry. I am proud to tell people where I work. I feel that my opinion matters and it’s great to see leadership take the employee’s suggestions into consideration. It is a fast-paced, growing department. I love the challenge that everyday brings. There is so much opportunity for those that work hard!
Cons
I don’t have many cons. If you don’t like change, Paycom might not be for you. We are growing fast and that means adapting to change quickly. To me, this is exciting!
