Pros

Team culture is great. Pay is competitive. Management is improving.

Cons

Work-life balance is not the best. They expect you to work hard hours. Compensating hard work and overtime hours is getting better, slowly but surely.

Pros

I have been treated with kindness and respect since starting at Paycom, I have been challenged and given what I needed to rise to those challenges and have been given multiple pay increases and promotions.

Cons

There are no cons to this employer. The benefits are exemplary.

Pros

My compensation is pretty decent!

Cons

The seemingly forever ongoing “restructures” and staff reductions makes it impossible for team members to buy in. Employees remain dispensable to the company, yet Chad just expects people (who are working to support their families, so remaining employed is a necessity for them) to give their life to Paycom. We’re not only losing really good people, but 90% of the workforce is just doing enough to not get fired.
