We enjoy the work we do but WFH is causing us to look for other jobs. - Anonymous employee Paycom Employee Review

Pros

Job security, good experience in payroll industry.

Cons

No WFH for 90% but 2 departments IT and QA get to work from home all but 1 day a week. Blatant favoritism and rewarding bad behavior. Lack of accountability and taking advantage of EE’s that are top performers. Promoting because they do their job well but have zero idea how to actually lead. Asking for feedback through surveys and not changing a thing. Way too much OT required and very few actual holidays off. Work/life balance doesn’t exist. The branded “gifts” are comical at this point. If EE’s are required to commute to the office increase pay to accommodate for gas and all other cost increases.

We’re proud of all our team members and their contributions. Paycom works hard to offer a variety of employee benefits such as our newly expanded PTO, backup child care and access to well-being advisors. In addition, we believe we are better together because of the exciting and collaborative environment we have cultivated. We’re committed to supporting all employees through multiple avenues and encourage you to explore these options. We hope you express this feedback to your manager, HR business partner or one of our well-being advisors.

Pros

- training that will improve your skill - become better at fear management (fight mode is real)

Cons

- you will be threated to be fired- many many times (even if you work extremely hard) - your hard work is not valued- unreasonable expectations - there is not benchmark of success- goal always moves out of reach - no support, managers are more worried about not being fired than helping you
