Pros

Free soda machine. Get paid every 2 weeks. Honestly hard to think of pros.

Cons

Everyone will say the biggest perks are dollar insurance and catered lunches. Sure dollar insurance is great but they make up for it by paying employees less than competitors so in the end take home pay is the same or less than what other companies are offering. The catered lunches suck. When giving feedback on lunches through an ask here (HRs solution for anything) you get a canned response saying thank you for the feedback, we will give this to management then nothing happens. Lunches used to be great and well worth $4 but it’s absolutely terrible since coming back from wfh during covid. Top workplace? Who are they surveying? Typically new hires who have yet to even learn the position or management where it’s expected the rate it highly (they phrase it as highly encourage high rating reviews). They also rotate through departments and managers to go through and leave positive reviews on here in order to balance out the amount of negative reviews. Paycom used to do great things for their employees but since it has gotten bigger they don’t do anything. Or maybe they hide it behind “we give you free soda anytime you want”. Oh and we gave you an overpriced market place where you can get other kinds of snack and food because we understand the catered lunches are awful. Do I even need to go into detail about WFH?

Pros

Get to meet new people every day, the environment and culture is amazing, and I am always welcomed wherever I go!

Cons

Stressful getting the hang of things. Took a couple months. Very worth sticking around because there is great potential to move up.

Pros

* Fast learning and professional skill growth. * Great people and strong teams. * Recognized name in the OKC community. * Valuable experience that strengthens future career opportunities, especially in Tech.

Cons

Over the past couple of years, career growth has felt extremely limited. Promotions and meaningful raises have become increasingly rare, and many employees believe these decisions are being driven from the very top. Layoffs and terminations have also become common, creating a constant sense of uncertainty. High performers often take on high-visibility projects with aggressive timelines and limited support. The expectations are unrealistic, and even successful delivery doesn’t usually lead to recognition or advancement. Leadership tends to make decisions very late, creating unnecessary urgency and forcing teams into last-minute scrambles. Benefits have declined, opportunities for advancement have become scarce, and overall morale has suffered significantly. There are talented people here and it can be a good place to gain experience, but I would view it primarily as a stepping stone rather than a long-term destination.
