Pros

The coffee machine is decent

Cons

Leadership is homegrown. For many this is their first and only job since school or they have little experience at another local company. The SDLC isn't scalable. Inexperienced leadership pulls triggers on uninformed or half-baked ideas. Processes are rolled out with changing guidance and perfect execution is expected. The product department has had 3 different leaders in just over a year. Those in a leadership position assumed roles after prior leaders walked out or were terminated. No cloud computing, automated testing or a mature CI/CD pipeline. Anyone looking to build their skills or work with cutting edge technology should keep looking. The CEO moves through the organization and upends any possible progress and derails projects. When operations begin to resume, new expectations are vaguely communicated, immense manual tasks are demanded to be completed each day until "trust" is earned. Employees are terminated on a regular basis. Fearing for your job daily is the norm. If you did not start a software company with a big chief tablet, a #2 pencil and an SBA loan - your experience, expertise, training and education will not be valued. The other 1-star reviews, regardless of when they were posted, are all valid today. None of those issues raised have been addressed and won't be.

Pros

* Fast learning and professional skill growth. * Great people and strong teams. * Recognized name in the OKC community. * Valuable experience that strengthens future career opportunities, especially in Tech.

Cons

Over the past couple of years, career growth has felt extremely limited. Promotions and meaningful raises have become increasingly rare, and many employees believe these decisions are being driven from the very top. Layoffs and terminations have also become common, creating a constant sense of uncertainty. High performers often take on high-visibility projects with aggressive timelines and limited support. The expectations are unrealistic, and even successful delivery doesn’t usually lead to recognition or advancement. Leadership tends to make decisions very late, creating unnecessary urgency and forcing teams into last-minute scrambles. Benefits have declined, opportunities for advancement have become scarce, and overall morale has suffered significantly. There are talented people here and it can be a good place to gain experience, but I would view it primarily as a stepping stone rather than a long-term destination.
