Pros

I left a few months ago and have since found a company that is truly innovative and cares about me. The first month was rough because I actually had to undo a lot of the toxic work behavior that was pushed/instilled in me in the 3 years I had been at Paycom. It goes to show how bad it was. I am constantly now having people reach out and tell me they are also looking for other jobs. Seems like the culture has not changed and things are getting worse. I am just here to remind those that are thinking about leaving due to being unhappy to just do it. You will find another job and an employer that cares. The pay and benefits will be just as great.

Cons

Pros

The work we do is challenging but is satisfying. $4 dollar lunches are great and I enjoy the people and managers I work with. We have gone through changes, but the changes are worth it and the tools we are provided keep us successful. The salary is great and top level, highly recommend working here if you love a challenge. I promise you’ll never be bored.

Cons

The workload and hours can be heavy at times, but the long-term gratification is worth it. Paycom is about long-term investment, and it requires patience and perseverance but it’s worth it, if you are strong enough.

Pros

- training that will improve your skill - become better at fear management (fight mode is real)

Cons

- you will be threated to be fired- many many times (even if you work extremely hard) - your hard work is not valued- unreasonable expectations - there is not benchmark of success- goal always moves out of reach - no support, managers are more worried about not being fired than helping you
