People who love what they do and have their dream jobs still go through rough times. Yes you can make a ton of money if you work hard and truly see the growth they put in front of you. Yes you will times that frustrate you, but doesn't everything else have that effect as well? Bluntly put - this job is not for you if you cannot see yourself working hard to create the amount of success that you want. However, if you are obsessed with success, an infectious culture, and seek a company with incredible growth that has not even been tapped into yet. Paycom is for you Their training alone is worth coming to this job. They train you how to be an executive, not only for this job, but for your life as a whole. 1/160 people get hired and this is one of the top 11 hardest companies to get into. There is a reason for that. Just take an interview and you will see why. They have built this organization to run smoother than a well oiled locomotive.
