Pros

All the pros of working here were thrown out the window in 2022 when WFH was yanked from employees with less than a months notice.

Cons

After WFH was taken away, they started firing sprees and haven’t stopped. They’ve removed some employee benefits, won’t even let employees wfh with forecasted snow, have removed Flex Time policies, force employees to sign NDA’s and “contracts” to not pursue legal action. I left in early 2023 but feared leaving a review for a long time because they’re a very spiteful and retaliatory company (despite these being anonymous- I’m paranoid). Chad is a terrible CEO and something is seriously wrong with him and the leadership enabling him. It’s clear something bad is going on there, like they’re getting ready to sell the company or something.

Pros

I have been treated with kindness and respect since starting at Paycom, I have been challenged and given what I needed to rise to those challenges and have been given multiple pay increases and promotions.

Cons

There are no cons to this employer. The benefits are exemplary.

Pros

My compensation is pretty decent!

Cons

The seemingly forever ongoing “restructures” and staff reductions makes it impossible for team members to buy in. Employees remain dispensable to the company, yet Chad just expects people (who are working to support their families, so remaining employed is a necessity for them) to give their life to Paycom. We’re not only losing really good people, but 90% of the workforce is just doing enough to not get fired.
