Pros

The pay is great. $4 lunches

Cons

Although the pay was great, it wasn’t worth the stress. Please listen to me when I say this, the leadership does not care about you. They will fire you in a heart beat, even if you have been there for years. You are disposable. I quit because everyday going to work was so dreadful and depressing. The clients are rude and the people who work at Paycom (especially leadership) are so fake. Find a different company to work for.

Pros

- training that will improve your skill - become better at fear management (fight mode is real)

Cons

- you will be threated to be fired- many many times (even if you work extremely hard) - your hard work is not valued- unreasonable expectations - there is not benchmark of success- goal always moves out of reach - no support, managers are more worried about not being fired than helping you
