Pros

Strong Earning Potential Hard work is rewarded with competitive pay, bonuses, or commission — you truly get out what you put in. Clear Growth Opportunities Results-driven environments often provide fast-track promotions or role expansions for top performers. Motivated Team Culture You're surrounded by driven, goal-oriented coworkers, which creates a high-energy, focused environment. Skill Development The fast pace and high expectations push you to level up quickly — professionally and personally.

Cons

High Pressure & Demanding Pace Expectations can be intense, and the workload may not suit someone seeking a relaxed or slow-paced job. Work-Life Balance Can Be a Challenge Long hours or always being "on" can make it harder to unplug, especially if you're chasing big goals. Not Ideal for Everyone If you’re not naturally self-motivated or results-driven, the environment can feel overwhelming.

Pros

- training that will improve your skill - become better at fear management (fight mode is real)

Cons

- you will be threated to be fired- many many times (even if you work extremely hard) - your hard work is not valued- unreasonable expectations - there is not benchmark of success- goal always moves out of reach - no support, managers are more worried about not being fired than helping you
