Pros

- Wide-ranging benefits package that appeals to employees in all stages of life: $1 health insurance premiums, pet insurance, FREE life insurance and disability insurance, $4 lunch on campus every day, and more! - Fast growth company: leaders genuinely care about their employees' development and career trajectory and there are plenty of opportunities for growth - Competitive pay and generous PTO: no "use it or lose it" policy - Constant innovation and creativeness encouraged: employees are encouraged to collaborate and provide feedback that leads to innovation - Friendly atmosphere: events and spaces are made available for employees to socialize and take breaks

Cons

- High expectations: Paycom requires a lot of their employees; however, they're provided with the resources and tools they need to be successful. If you're willing to work, this isn't a con!

Pros

- training that will improve your skill - become better at fear management (fight mode is real)

Cons

- you will be threated to be fired- many many times (even if you work extremely hard) - your hard work is not valued- unreasonable expectations - there is not benchmark of success- goal always moves out of reach - no support, managers are more worried about not being fired than helping you
