Nothing really, but in the beginning I can tell you there's a lot to learn. Your supervisor etc will advise against it, but with all of the information you have to learn you may need to review procedures and guides after work and/or on the weekends to become more familiar with the system unless you can quickly learn on the fly while having clients on the phone.
Here at Paycom, they say it takes on ave 1.5yrs to learn absolutely everything in the system, but a lo of people have learned quicker and even got promoted to make 6 figures all within 12-18 months.
Lastly, in PSD you ONLY get what you give and if you need help speak up! This is a career position NOT a clock in and clock out type of job. You will be preparing for meeting Sunday night and coming in early to review and prepare for your clients.
That said, this job is amazing and has changed my life!! I was able to get married, take vacations, buy my daughter a new car and pay off all of my debt just to name a few. Now, I'm looking for a new house!!
