Pros
Generally a good place to work with A lower stress environment, pleasant people and for the most part atmosphere. Still room for improvement though.
Cons
New management to oversee Access Center (call center) has zero experience in field thus limiting personal development. They are also listening to wrong people on the front lines. Bad workers filtering their way through the system. Access Center is busting at the seems for space and technology and we are on bottom of list as we do not capture headlines.
