      Great benefits, good people, and generous employee compensation package. My employees were loyal to me and gave me their best efforts.

      Cons

      Needs major change. Too provider driven. Some managers are free to operate with impunity. Some are bullys. You must be in the club.

      Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

      Cons

      Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
