      Great team, feeling of community, beautiful facility

      Cons

      While trying to find fixes for financial challenges and future expansion projects, almost all mid-level management and supervisors were systematically either fired or forced out. Considering the problems didn't leave with them, might the issue lie at the top level?

      Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

      Cons

      Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
