      Pay is definitely lower than surrounding hospitals leading to a somewhat higher turnover rate.

      Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

      Cons

      Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
