Need revised vision and Management - Anonymous employee Penn State Health Employee Review

Management positions are filled with non-qualified highschool graduates who have been there forever. People with a proper education does not get recognized unless they know how to please upper management. CEO only cares for their paycheques so does all the higher management people. HR department is a joke, they ignore serious departmental problem unless they fear legal actions. Doctors (Especially Radiology department) behaves like dictators and hunts down people who raise their voice against them.
