      Pros

      HMC was a wonderful place to work. Friendly coworkers, good management, many ways to get involved as an RN. Shared governance and union are big positives.

      Cons

      Not too many negatives. The hospital is working on staff safety due to several negative events in recent past.

      Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

      Cons

      Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
