      Many learning opportunities, esp when you keep your eyes open

      Cons

      Management just flopped at their own survey.. and want to blame rank and file and ask us to fix it. Communication is poor. VERY MD centric and they are never made to fix obvious issues. Many areas understaffed resulting in patients staying longer than needed.

      Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

      Cons

      Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
