      tuiton assistance and making contacts. Get certifications and move on

      Cons

      No career opportunities unless your a crony with security mgmt. They dnt promote based on qualifications. Limited diversity for leadership positions. Cronyism is real in tht dept. To many false alarms n door unlocks. Not security work that you would think you should perform. Officers r gossippers like babys. Low moral low pay

      Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

      Cons

      Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
