      The insurance situation could be better, they make you feel like their insurance is great but this hospital charges way more for care than other hospitals and will double bill you, kind of unfair to work here and still get obscene medical bills

      Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

      Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
