      Pros

      My direct supervision in the breast imaging department is amazing. Penn State offers fantastic benefits and the PTO is decent.

      Cons

      there are too many "CEOs" and change takes forever to be initiated. There is a massive lack of understanding as to what happens at the clinical level from the people who are needed in order to initiate any sort of change.

      Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

      Cons

      Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
